Tour Manager service from Mumbai airport to Mumbai airport.
All meals as mentioned in itinerary, some places local food will be provided.

Visa Fees for New Zealand.
Luggage allowance – Per person 1 Check in bag of 23 Kg + 1 Hand bag 7 Kg.
Visa issuance is sole decision of respective embassy and we can’t assure about Visa issuance. Embassy may call tourist for personal interview if they need.
Any change in GST (government tax) will be applicable.
TCS on forex remittance applicable which can be reclaimed by Tourist in their ITR for next year.
For TCS reclaim, PAN card must be provided at the time of booking. If no PAN CARD then 10% TCS applicable and which cannot be reclaimed. TCS applicable from 1 October 2021.
Travel insurance is not included. If need, we can assist to do.
Covid Vaccination – 02 doses of Covishield or Covaxin is compulsory.
The FOREX element of tour cost has to be paid in INR calculated at the rate of exchange prevailing at the time of payment. Please note that rate of exchange applicable will be as per the day on which the guest has paid the cheque or demand draft. (Subject to realization)
We accept payments in cash, cheque, NEFT, RTGS, Gpay.
Full and final payment must be clear before 40 days to travel for smooth operation of tour, failing which can be treated as tour cancellation and no refund can be granted.
If the tour cancels from our end, full refund will be processed without any cancellation but if the tour forced to cancel for any reason which is beyond our control, then airline cancellation on actual, visa charges with agent service charge and Rs. 7500/- per person service charges will be applicable.
In case of flight cancellation, if the airline provides us credit note with time limit, then we also need to provide with credit notes on time limit basis to our guests. We cannot provide cash refund for credit notes received from airlines.
Tulip Holidays reserves the right to change, amend tour itinerary / program depends on local situation and restrictions imposed by any government authorities.
All disputes shall subject to Thane Jurisdiction only.

Day 01 : Mumbai – Auckland – Rotorua
Arrive in Auckland – the main gateway to New Zealand. Proceed to Rotorua. Arrive in Rotorua. (D)

Day 02 : Rotorua
Breakfast at hotel. Visit the famous Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve and enjoy Maori Dance. Visit Agro Dome Sheep Shearing Show and the Government Garden. (B, L, D)

Day 03 : Rotorua – Waitomo (02hrs.) – Auckland (03hrs.)
Breakfast at hotel. proceed to Auckland. En-route, visit Waitomo caves. See Glow Worm Grotto with Silent water boat ride (subject to operation). Arrive in Auckland. Visit Kelly Tarlton Underwater World. Free time for shopping. (B, L, D)

Day 04 : Auckland – Queenstown (by flight)
Breakfast at hotel. Flight to Queenstown. Arrive in Queenstown Check in to hotel. Enjoy the Gondola ride to Bob Peak. (B, L, D)

Day 05 : Queenstown – Milford Sound – Queenstown
Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy Milford Sound Fjord cruise. See Wakatipu Lake, Te Anau Lake & Chasm water fall (subject to operation). Experience the most scenic travel through Fjord land National Park by cruise. (B, L, D)

Day 06 : Queenstown
Breakfast at hotel. Visit the Arrowtown museum from inside, see the Bungee Jumping Point, experience the unique Jet Boat Adventure in Kawarau River. Later, visit puzzling world at Wanaka. (B, L, D)

Day 07 : Queenstown – Christchurch (05hrs.)
Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Lake Tekapo. We may have a Glimpse of Mt. Cook (subject to weather conditions). Later visit lake Tekapo and picturesque Lake Pukaki. Arrive in Christchurch. (B, L, D)

Day 08 : Christchurch
Breakfast at hotel. Visit Christchurch Museum from inside, Antarctic centre and South Pole Attractions. City tour includes Botanical Gardens along the Avon River and Mona Vale Garden. (B, L, D)

Day 09 : Christchurch – Cairns (by flight)
Breakfast at hotel. Aboard flight to Cairns. Enjoy Sky – Rail cable car ride through tropical wonderlands and Kuranda Rain Forest. Evening free at Night market at your own. (B, L, D)

Day 10 : Cairns – Great Barrier Reef – Cairns
Breakfast at hotel. visit the natural wonder of the world – the Great Barrier Reef. In a day adventure tour, enjoy glass bottom boat and the Mini Submersible to see the corals. (B, L, D)

Day 11 : Cairns – Melbourne (by flight)
Breakfast at hotel. Aboard flight to Melbourne. On arrival, free time for shopping & try your luck at Casinos. (B, L, D)

Day 12 : Melbourne – Phillip Island – Melbourne
Breakfast at hotel. Visit Melbourne Cricket Ground (inside) followed by orientation tour includes town hall, Old Parliament house, Captain Cooks cottage, Fitzroy Garden & St. Patrick Cathedral. Evening, visit Philip Island. En-route, visit Shrine of remembrance. Enjoy world-famous Penguin Parade at Phillip Island. (B, L, D)

Day 13 : Melbourne – Great Ocean Road – Melbourne (10hrs.)
Breakfast at hotel. Experience world’s finest coastal drive at Great Ocean Road. See famous 12 Apostles rocks with Loch Ard Gorge. Enjoy helicopter ride (optional). Pass by Port Campbell National Park. (B,L,D)

Day 14 : Melbourne – Canberra (by flight) – Sydney (04hrs.)

Day 15 : Sydney
Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy, Sydney guided city tour covering Opera House (inside) followed by Bondi Beach, Harbour Bridge, Macquarie’s Point and the King’s Cross, Darling Harbour.
